Brandy Crusta

IBA

Invented in 1850s New Orleans by bartender Joseph Santini, the Brandy Crusta is widely regarded as a forefather of the modern sour and a direct ancestor of the Sidecar. Aged brandy mingles with the floral sweetness of maraschino and the bright acidity of lemon, while Curaçao and bitters add layers of orange and spice that reward slow sipping.
