Ramos Fizz

IBA

Invented by New Orleans saloon keeper Henry C. Ramos in 1888, this drink became so legendarily labor-intensive to make that Ramos reportedly employed a relay of shakers to prepare it during Mardi Gras. Cream and egg white create an impossibly silky, cloud-like texture, while orange flower water perfumes the whole drink with a delicate floral note that floats above the citrus and gin botanicals.
