French 75

IBA

Created at Harry's New York Bar in Paris during World War I, the French 75 was said to hit with the same force as the 75mm field gun the Allies relied upon during the conflict. The combination of gin's botanicals and bright lemon with Champagne's effervescence produces a drink that feels celebratory and sharp in equal measure.
