Long Island Iced Tea

IBA

Attributed to Robert Butt of the Oak Beach Inn in New York during the 1970s, this drink became a defining artifact of American bar culture in that decade. Despite packing five base spirits into a single drink, the lemon juice and cola create a deceptively drinkable tartness that masks the considerable alcoholic weight beneath.
