Created by Dick Bradsell in London in 1984, the Bramble was designed to capture the essence of picking wild blackberries in the British countryside. Dry gin and sharp lemon juice provide a tart backbone, while crème de mûre adds a deep, fruity richness that bleeds through the drink in vivid purple streaks.
