Created by San Francisco bartender Marcovaldo Dionysos in 2003, the Chartreuse Swizzle transplants the Alpine intensity of Green Chartreuse into a tropical framework. Pineapple juice and falernum bring sweetness and spice while lime juice cuts through the herbal density of the liqueur, producing something unexpectedly lush and complex.
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Nutmeg Grate
