Chartreuse Swizzle

Created by San Francisco bartender Marcovaldo Dionysos in 2003, the Chartreuse Swizzle transplants the Alpine intensity of Green Chartreuse into a tropical framework. Pineapple juice and falernum bring sweetness and spice while lime juice cuts through the herbal density of the liqueur, producing something unexpectedly lush and complex.

  • 1.5 ozPineapple Juice
  • 0.75 ozLime Juice
  • 0.5 ozFalernum

Garnish: Mint Sprig, Nutmeg Grate

    Combine all ingredients in a highball glass over crushed ice.

    Swizzle with a barspoon or swizzle stick until frosted.
