A blended tiki classic from Donn Beach's Don the Beachcomber, created around 1937: white rum and peach brandy whipped with lime, honey, fresh mint, and pineapple over crushed ice. The fruit and mint blend into a frosty, fragrant slush — deceptively easy-drinking, which is precisely the downfall the name warns of. It pours bright, herbaceous, and tropical, equal parts refreshment and trouble.
