Naked and Famous

A modern equal-parts sour built on mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and fresh lime. The smoke of the agave is wrapped in herbal sweetness and a bittersweet citrus glow, landing somewhere between bracing and beguiling. Joaquín Simó created it at New York's Death & Co in 2011 as a smoky cousin of the Last Word and the Paper Plane; the IBA made it official in 2020.
