Invented by Sam Ross at New York's Milk & Honey around 2005, the Penicillin has achieved the rare status of a modern cocktail that feels as though it has always existed.   • 0.75 ozHoney Syrup
  • 0.25 ozGinger Syrup

Preparation

Shaken · rocks glass · cubed

    Combine Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup, and ginger syrup in a shaker with ice.
