Chrysanthemum

A turn-of-the-century aperitif-style cocktail built almost entirely on vermouth and Bénédictine, with just a rinse of absinthe to add an anise whisper. Low in alcohol but high in complexity, it's a forgotten gem of the pre-Prohibition era.
