Said to originate at Louisville's storied Pendennis Club and credited with teaching the Peychaud's bitters trick to a young Colonel Pepper — gin and apricot brandy meet lime and pink bitters in a floral, lightly tropical sour. A piece of bourbon country cocktail history.
