TJ Siegal's early 2000s creation at Milk & Honey New York took the Whiskey Sour template and replaced sugar syrup with honey — the result is richer, more aromatic, and more complex, with a floral sweetness that perfectly complements bourbon's vanilla and caramel. A modern classic.
