Kamikaze

A bracing equal-parts sour of vodka, triple sec, and fresh lime — tart, clean, and just off-dry, shaken hard and served cold and up. It emerged in the early 1970s and was once an IBA official, though its precise origin is undocumented and several competing stories circulate. The name borrows from the WWII dive-bombers, a nod to how quickly a couple will take you down.
