A high-octane take on the Daiquiri that swaps simple syrup for two powerhouse modifiers — herbal, 110-proof Green Chartreuse and spiced, lime-laced falernum — all balanced against tart lime and funky overproof Jamaican rum. It drinks short, bracing and deceptively easy for its strength, the Chartreuse's alpine herbs riding over the rum's funk before the lime snaps everything clean.

London bartender Gregor de Gruyther created the Nuclear Daiquiri in 2005 while working at LAB bar. De Gruyther died in 2009, and three years later Hawksmoor brought his drink back into circulation. It has since settled into the modern-classic canon, with bars and recipe guides keeping closely to the same four-ingredient build.
