Enzoni

Vincenzo Errico's 2003 Milk & Honey creation pairs gin and Campari with fresh muddled grapes, lemon, and simple syrup in a sour that somehow tastes more like a vineyard than a bar. The grapes add a fresh, juicy quality that makes this one of the most distinctive Italian-American crossovers.
