Division Bell

A smoky, citrus-forward riff on the Last Word, the Division Bell swaps gin for mezcal and green Chartreuse for Aperol, leaving maraschino and lime to bridge the two. The result is a tart, faintly bitter sour where smoke, orange, and cherry trade places sip to sip. Bartender Phil Ward built it at New York's mezcal-focused Mayahuel and named it for the Pink Floyd album.
