A bright, herbaceous gin sour that builds on the Southside by muddling fresh cucumber alongside the mint, lime, and simple syrup before a hard shake and double strain. The result is crisp and garden-fresh, with cucumber and mint perfuming a clean citrus backbone. It emerged from New York's early-2000s craft revival — credited variously to George Delgado at Libation in 2004 and to Chad Solomon's Eastside Fizz at Milk & Honey — and is now most often served up in a chilled coupe.
