Don Javier Delgado Corona invented this drink at La Capilla in Tequila, Mexico — blanco tequila, lime, and Coca-Cola stirred with a knife and served with a salt rim. Humble, refreshing, and utterly iconic in its simplicity, the Batanga tastes unmistakably of its homeland.
