Northern Italy's answer to the Aperol Spritz trades bitter orange for the floral, lychee-like sweetness of elderflower, paired with Prosecco, soda, and fresh mint in a wine glass over ice. Lighter, more fragrant, and arguably more elegant than its famous sibling.

  • 1 ozSoda Water
  • 1 pieceFresh Mint
