A Venetian digestif or inter-course palate cleanser that blends vodka, Prosecco, and lemon sorbet into a frothy, semi-frozen concoction that is simultaneously a cocktail and a dessert. Served immediately before it melts, it is one of the most delightfully ephemeral drinks in the Italian canon.

  • 1 ozVodka
  • 1 ozLemon Juice

    Stir together vodka and lemon juice briefly in a mixing glass.
