Blue Lagoon

Andrew MacElhone's 1972 creation at Harry's New York Bar in Paris brought electric blue Curaçao to the highball glass, pairing its orange citrus character with vodka and lemonade in a drink that is as visually arresting as it is straightforward. The color is the point.
