Pisco Punch

San Francisco's famous pre-Prohibition drink, served at Duncan Nicol's Bank Exchange saloon since the 1870s — Pisco's floral grape brandy character paired with pineapple, lemon, and the secret ingredient of gum arabic (replicated here with simple syrup) that gave it its famously silky texture.
