Gin Gin Mule

A modern classic born of the early-2000s cocktail revival, the Gin Gin Mule splices a Mojito's muddled mint and lime onto a Moscow Mule's spicy ginger spine — then swaps in juniper-forward London Dry gin. Bartender Audrey Saunders devised it around 2000 as an ambassador for gin in a vodka-dominated era, and it became a signature pour at her Pegu Club. Bright, herbal, and gently fiery, it drinks tall and refreshing over ice.
