A rosy, fruit-forward tiki cooler built on a backbone of dark and white rums laced with coconut rum, then lengthened with pineapple and orange juice and brightened by a squeeze of lemon. A pour of grenadine sinks to the bottom for the drink's signature sunset gradient. Its origins are hazy and contested — bartender Oswald "Slade" Greenslade claimed it in 1963 Nassau, though menu sightings reportedly run earlier, and the name nods to a Bahamian calypso performer.
